Welcome to Lake Powell fishing! This National Park has be one of the most scenic lakes in the world to fly or spin fish for striped bass. The stripers here average 3 to 5 pounds with many fish in the 7 to 10 pound range. Lake Powell has many other species of fish for the angler too, like large mouth bass, small mouth bass, walleye, crappie, and catfish. Several Bass Fishing tournaments are hosted each year. The average size of large & small mouth bass run anywhere from one half to 3 pounds.
